Converse, Texas: We’re Growing Places

I’ve been working with Marketing+ and the Converse Economic Development Corporation to identify target industries for their economic development program. As the slogan says, Converse is indeed growing places. Converse is located in Bexar County just outside San Antonio and it’s among the fastest growing small cities in Texas. Employers in the city draw workers from a 10+ county area, which provides a total labor pool of 3.5 million. Manufacturing companies in Converse have access to 26,000 workers with production experience within 10 miles.

More information can be found in the target industry recommendations presentation we gave to the Converse EDC earlier this month. Contact the Converse EDC or Marketing+ with questions.
